My transformative journey has illuminated the path to living my truth and shaping my personal and professional life around a clear vision. I share some of the discoveries and insights I found along the way in my book, Awakening to Wholeness: A Life Unmasked. The Change Canvas grew from my journey and my book.
I am dedicated to helping others embark on their own journeys—turning moments of uncertainty into clarity and discovering their vision, creativity, and serenity. The Change Canvas’s philosophy is further grounded by my extensive experience as an HR leader in multinational companies and as a certified coach.
When I’m not focused on making a difference in the world, one person at a time, I’m a proud mother to my wonderful twin boys, Tako and Zviko, and to my affectionate British Shorthair cats, Simba and Lena. We cherish our life in the peaceful serenity of Switzerland, which perfectly aligns with our desire for harmony. Embracing a Nutritarian lifestyle, we strive for balance and wellness in everything we do.
